Alex Moore
Alex is passionate about the creation and delivery of curated experiences that match the interests, goals, and skills of the adventurer. Safety, Teamwork, and Communication are other principles that drive his work.
Alex has worked in leadership positions around the globe with Hacienda Baru, Automotive Events, Overland Travel, Academic Travel Abroad, National Geographic Expeditions, and MotoDiscovery Motorcycle Tours.
Rogue Moto, founded in 2013, guides the rider to be the hero of their own journey. Rogue provides purpose-built rental motorcycles, curated self-guided rides, expert guidance, and support vehicle systems. They also work with tour companies worldwide to provide white-label support for their tours and events in the USA and beyond.
Alex has an affinity for all machines, but especially motorcycles and overland vehicles. He can be found exploring in all directions around his home in Grand Junction, Colorado, the Southwest, and beyond with his friends and family.

Barak Naggan
Barak is a professional photographer and videographer and operates his multimedia company High Desert Media in New Mexico. Originally from Israel, Barak has been with us since 2004 and will be out front riding his KTM. He has led tours in Mexico, Cuba, South America and Israel and also coaches and leads our rider adventure training immersion tours in the American Southwest.

Bill Eakins
Bill started staring at maps at a very young age. Maps are a blank canvas to what’s over the next hill and beyond…the unlimited potential of travel. Fast forward many years and Bill moved to Colorado and has been working for Butler Maps, helping create that potential for others. He joined our team years ago and leads & supports tours in the US, Mexico and Cuba.

Jeff Thresher
Jeff has spent the last 15 years planning and leading adventure drives, new vehicle launches, and consumer events for the automotive industry. This work has taken him all over the country and world; most notably the Russian Far East, South Africa, Iceland, Cambodia, and South America.
While he is more than happy behind the wheel, his passion lies in two-wheeled offroad travel. He’s guided numerous off-road motorcycle tours, traveled to Mongolia with Rally for Rangers to deliver motorcycles to Park Rangers in need, and is an avid enduro racer.
After living in Colorado for college (skiing actually) and in Arizona for work, he currently lives near his hometown in Northeast Ohio with his wife Margaret and their yellow lab, Curtis.
